Hi friends,
In our journey toward personal and professional growth, one fundamental principle reigns supreme:
Problem,
Solution,
Vision
Today, I want to delve into this powerful trifecta and explore how it can shape our path to success.
PROBLEM: Every great endeavor begins with identifying a problemโan obstacle, challenge, or inefficiency that demands attention. It's the catalyst that propels us into action, igniting our passion and determination to effect change. Whether it's addressing social injustices, environmental concerns, or personal limitations, acknowledging the problem is the first step toward finding a solution.
Action: What you need to do in this part is to find what is the biggest problem that you are concerned about in your community, city, country, or the world based on your education, background, and knowledge. Simply Identify the problem.
Solutionโthe innovative strategies, initiatives, and actions we undertake to overcome the challenges we face. It's about harnessing our creativity, resourcefulness, and resilience to chart a course toward resolution. Solutions can take many forms, from community projects and advocacy campaigns to entrepreneurial ventures and policy reforms. The key is to think boldly and act decisively, leveraging our skills and resources to bring about meaningful change.
Action: Find practical solutions to the problem. The solutions are your mission for your short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals. The solutions should be used in the context of SMART. They should be realistic, achievable, and not idealistic.
VISION: But our journey doesn't end there. Beyond the problem and solution lies the Visionโa compelling picture of the future we aspire to create. It's about envisioning a world where the problem no longer exists, where communities thrive, and individuals flourish. Our vision serves as our guiding light, inspiring us to persevere in the face of adversity and rallying others to join us on our quest for a better tomorrow.
Your vision should again be based on your background, the problem, and the mission that you hold to fix (solve) the problem. The vision should be as clear as possible. Furthermore, the vision should not be more than one sentence.
Today 07 April 2025, I have had over 30 Mock Interviews booked in a single week which is crazy and inspiring.
